IGNITE is a progressive 6-week strength and conditioning program designed with a structured mix of weight lifting & athletic conditioning to help you build functional strength & endurance that translates to everyday life. Don't let the term "athletic" scare you! We make the training accessible, no matter your starting point. It's you vs you and we want to see you succeed 💪


Two tracks to choose from:


👟 3x/week in-person (+ mobile app access) - ALL IN-PERSON

  • Join in-person for three strength & conditioning classes per week (18 total classes)
  • Track progress in your handy mobile app + stay on track even if you can't make it to class
  • Maximize your accountability


👟 1x/week in-person (+ mobile app access) - HYBRID

  • Join in-person once per week (6 classes total)
  • Complete additional programmed workouts at your gym/home gym/apt gym!
  • Equipment required for app workouts: barbell, dumbbells, resistance bands 
  • Most flexible in-person option
