IGNITE is a progressive 6-week strength and conditioning program designed with a structured mix of weight lifting & athletic conditioning to help you build functional strength & endurance that translates to everyday life. Don't let the term "athletic" scare you! We make the training accessible, no matter your starting point. It's you vs you and we want to see you succeed 💪


Two tracks to choose from:


👟 2x/week in-person (+ full program access) - ALL IN-PERSON

  • Join in-person for two strength & conditioning classes per week (12 total classes)
  • Track your progress + stay on track even if you can't make it to class
  • Maximize your accountability


👟 1x/week in-person (+ full program access) - HYBRID

  • Join in-person once per week (6 classes total)
  • Complete additional programmed workouts at your gym/home gym/apt gym!
  • Equipment required for program workouts: barbell, dumbbells, bench, resistance bands 
  • Most flexible in-person option

CLASS FORMAT

60 min • Mix of Strength Training + Conditioning Circuits


Gym

This part of the workout is focused on pure STRENGTH. Perform functional weight lifting with barbells and dumbbells. Receive coaching tips and cues. Modifications for all fitness levels.


Studio

When you hop over to the studio you'll be at a faster pace, doing HIGH INTENSITY CIRCUITS! Perfect for improving your stamina, power, and core control. This gives the workout an extra edge.
